For over 20 years, Lillian has practiced in the areas of general corporate, business and real estate law. Her unique cross-functional background and skill set can be applied across multiple industries. Lillian has extensive background in structuring, negotiating, and closing numerous complex commercial contracts. She is highly-skilled in legal matters relating to pharmaceutical research & development, including, but not limited to, clinical trial agreements, informed consents, licensing of intellectual property, and management of alliances and joint ventures.

Lillian is admitted to practice in the State of Florida, is fluent in Spanish and is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Mediator. She is a three time graduate of the University of Miami with a J.D., magna cum laude, MBA, cum laude and a BA in Business Administration.
