Ms. Alcira Herrera has been a registered nurse in El Salvador for 30 years and came to the US to help the underserved community. Her dedication has brought a better quality of life for individuals without proper access to healthcare and has worked hand by hand with the consulates of Mexico, El Salvador, Guatemala and the Emerson Diversity Health Foundation to help as many patients as possible. Not only she did outreach but got trained in multiple areas that could improve her performance while educating and guiding patients in our community clinic.
